Cancellation And Refund Policy
ZenLife Mastery believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal
cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within same day of placing
the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the customer has
already received the services offered - In case of any customer not receiving any communication from the team for rendering
coaching services, then the customer must report it to contact@lifecoachmansi.com and
necessary refunds if applicable shall be issued - In case you feel that the services rendered are not as per your expectations, you must
bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of purchase. The Customer
Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. - In case of complaints regarding services provided please refer the issue to the team.
- In case of Refunds approved, it’ll take 3-4 days for the refund to be processed to the end
customer.
